When you sign a contract with a carrier you should check that the person who calls you and wants to carry your load is listed in the profile of the company who claims his representing it with the following:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
If you carry a load and you are asked on the phone to change the arrival coordinates, you should not follow those instructions until you check in the profile of the company that the person who asked you to do that is representing the company who contracted you as a carrier with the following:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
These are basic safety measures and are mandatory on every freight exchange in order to prevent stolen load cases.
