The same email address declared by multiple users leads to incorrect operation of the CHAT service and password recovery process, regardless of whether the users are from the same company or not.
To correct this situation, it will no longer be possible to register an already existing email address in 123cargo, whether it is associated with an active or inactive user.
In the first phase, this restriction will apply only to:
- attempt to change email address
- defining an extra user
- company registration in 123cargo
Subsequently, users who share a common email address will be asked to update their email addresses to unique ones.
