Starting with 1st of January 2013 the value of CRB will increase from 0.6 euro to 0.8 euro.
The tariffs shown in CRB will remain the same, but the increase of the CRB will lead to price increase on all of our services: memberships, flexible access, extra users, and others.
We are aware that in the face of all the problems that carriers incur, the increase of our tariffs is not welcomed. We yet hope that our clients will realize that we have our own efficiency targets and costs increase, which we must face.
With this increase of tariffs, our liability for client satisfaction obtained from using our service will increase. We hope and we strive that the year 2013 will prove this fact.
