As a result of Administration’s right to amend the regulation concerning the computer application in line with the incumbent happenings, the administrative measure of temporary suspension of the right to publish goods shall be applied not only for the accrual of outstanding payment incidents, but also for:
- Over-posting: Excessive publication of goods subject to posting’s failure of proving their veracity, upon Administration’s request
- Risk to other users by publishing goods, given that the Administration deems that the subsequent payment of shipments by the posting/publishing party may trigger certain issues for carriers
The measure shall be applied at company’s level, namely to all users.
